1. OverviewThis policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for premium services on Korsord Svar.
Important: All payments are processed by Paddle who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, VAT and payment processing.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period starts from the day the purchase was made.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via the contact page.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your request.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account and go to subscription settings, or
- Contact us via the contact page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to premium features until the end of the period
Eligible for refund:
- Request within 14-day withdrawal period
- Technical issues preventing use of the service
- Incorrect billing
Not eligible for refund:
- Request after 14-day withdrawal period (except for technical issues)
- Services already consumed during the withdrawal period with explicit consent
- Violation of terms of service leading to suspension

- Provide your username and email address
- Describe the reason for your request
- We process your request within 3-5 business days
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
